Pontoon Rental Available

Even though Dunn's is a small lake, it is fun to enjoy a sunset cruise on or find the perfect spot to fish from. We have a 22' Bennington available to rent for $125/night. Don't want to rent, no worries! We also offer 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks to cruise around the lake for free.

Sleeping Arrangements

The Oaks sleeps 10-12 and offers a master suite on the main level with a king size bed, two full size beds in a bedroom upstairs as well as another en-suite with a queen size bed. Also enjoy a full finished basement with a bedroom/bathroom combo that also is a king size bed. The large sectional downstairs has 2 ottomans and can double as a sleeper sofa with bedding included.

As a brand-new build, the Oaks has quality and detail in every corner. Enjoy a high-end kitchen that is stocked with everything needed to never have to leave. Full laundry is available on the main level and enjoy the shuffleboard table and 65" tv in the basement for movie nights and hangouts. Broadband Wi-fi is also available and all tv's are smart tv's so you can stream your favorite shows.
